Hello all! We had some time this weekend with mum, even though Sunday she decided she needed to cook for dad... and not us! What's the deal with that?! BOL!
So she started with an appetizer of jalapeño poppers...
Spiced cream cheese filling
Wrapped in bacon...
Yummy, smells so good in the oven!
All done, with more melted cheese on top!
Mom, where's our appetizer?
Yeah Mom, come on...And for the main dish, even more goodies!
Mushrooms re-hydrated in sherry...
Sauteed with beef and red wine...
And freshly made beef ravioli!Mom was actually off the hook, she gave us half the package of meat she bought with our dinner!
